Billing:
CynQ is a pay-as-you-go service. Monthly billing is calculated based on the number of active users during the month. By taking an annual subscription, you benefit from a 15% discount.
CynQ billing is based on a model that combines a monthly base plan with adjustments based on actual usage.
Subscription Start
At the start of the service, the client is billed for the selected monthly plan, which includes a defined number of users.
Subsequent Billing Periods
Starting from the next billing cycle, the invoice includes:
- The monthly base plan: billed at the beginning of each period.
- Overage charges from the previous cycle: If the number of users who used the platform exceeds the number included in your plan, additional fees will apply for the current month, based on the extra users.
How it works
All plans always include a minimum number of users: GO → 5 minimum users / GROW → 10 minimum users
Any overage is measured on a monthly basis.
Billing adjustments are applied in the following cycle, based on actual usage.
