MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription automatically renews each month. It can be canceled before the end of the current monthly billing period to avoid renewal for the following cycle.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period. It is a full-term commitment and cannot be canceled before the end of the term. This option allows you to save 15% on your subscription.

HOW BILLING WORKS
Regardless of the subscription type selected, billing is processed monthly through automatic credit card payments.
The choice between a monthly and an annual subscription only affects the length of the commitment, not the payment frequency.
CynQ billing is based on a model that combines two components: the selected plan, which includes a defined number of users (GO → 5 users / GROW → 10 users), and billing adjusted based on actual usage.
The invoice issued at the beginning of each month includes:
- The monthly fee for the selected plan.
- The actual usage fees from the previous month, based on active users who exceed the number of users included in the plan.
