CynQ is a pay-as-you-go service. Monthly billing is calculated based on the number of active users during the month. By taking an annual subscription, you benefit from a 15% discount.
To adapt to the needs and pace of each business, CynQ offers two subscription options: monthly or annual.
You can choose the option that best suits your situation, with the flexibility to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription automatically renews each month. It can be cancelled before the end of the current monthly period to prevent the next billing cycle from renewing.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period. It constitutes a commitment for the full term and cannot be canceled before the end of the term. This option allows you to benefit from a 15% discount on your subscription.
Both monthly and annual subscriptions are billed monthly.

Regardless of the subscription type selected, billing is processed monthly through automatic credit card payments.

CynQ’s Mobile Punch feature allows a geographic perimeter to be defined around each project or jobsite to verify whether an employee is within the authorized area at the time they use the punch feature to record or modify a time entry.
This feature is not intended to track an employee’s movements. CynQ does not continuously track an employee’s location and does not retain GPS coordinates or location history, whether for employees or subcontractors.
